Umeshu (Japanese Plum Wine)
National Umeshu Awards 2015 Gold Medal
Yahiko-grown Koshino ume plums and granulated sugar are steeped in Koshino Hakusetsu sake for ten months. Awarded a gold medal (best in Japan) at the National Umeshu Awards in 2015.
Strawberry Liqueur
Premium Echigohime brand strawberries grown in Yahiko and granulated sugar are steeped in Koshino Hakusetsu sake for ten months. Popular for its fruity taste, just like freshly picked strawberries.

Sanaburi Shochu Yunagi
Atmospheric-distillation, 26% proof kasutori shochu.
Sanaburi Shochu refers to shochu that was drunk at the Sanaburi Festival to celebrate the safe completion of rice planting. Sake lees that had just been removed from the brewed sake and squeezed were distilled and the resulting shochu was left to age for five years in the cellar. A mellow, highly aromatic kasutori shochu.
